RoofSnap provides instant roof measurement, reporting, and material estimation tools using satellite imagery and third-party data sources such as the Google Solar API.

By continuing to use the Service you confirm you have read and accept these Terms. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and if using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including without limitation:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive use;
• Sending spam or violating others' rights;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits);
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service without our written consent.

Romanthings retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and underlying intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and any plan you have purchased.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. See also our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., property photos and measurements). You grant Romanthings a limited license to host, store, and process such content solely as needed to provide the Service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Measurement outputs are derived from third-party satellite data and should be verified before being used for binding contracts, permitting, or construction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination you may lose access to your data; where reasonable we will provide a short export window before deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury).

You will indemnify Romanthings against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Romanthings' place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
