1.Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. After 30 days, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
2.How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all RoofSnap orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.
3.Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount typically appears within 5–10 business days.
4.Access After a Refund
When a refund is issued, access to the refunded report or feature will be removed from your account.
